This work is structured to reduce dependency, not create it.
Most people:
begin fortnightly, to allow enough space for integration between sessions
practice protocols in real life (this is essential)
then move to monthly as regulation becomes steadier and more reliable
Over time, sessions are booked less frequently, not because the work stops, but because your nervous system no longer needs constant external input to stay coherent.
There is no fixed program and no pre-commitment.
The cadence adapts to what your system can actually integrate.
